I am almost finished with the first book. Thought I'd give it a whirl. I was disappointed. It seemed like nothing happened for the first 3/4ths of the book, and it's a pretty thick book. I didn't think they needed that much to establish the characters. Just not my style I guess. Kind of soap opera-y, too teen romance, I guess, but then, it is a young adult book. I'll probably wait for it to come out on DVD.

OH HELLZ YES -I was at the midnight release last Thursday night. I have already read the first three books and I 6 or so chapters into the fourth one. All are a great read. The movie, just as good! V - you will love it!

Phillip is working his way through the books. What's it rated? He might go to the cinema to see it.

I have not seen it myself though I have heard the theaters are packed for this one. I have also heard it is fairly chick flick capable but that is someone elses opinion and not mine. Still....I have heard nothing but good things! I'll probably catch it to judge for myself, (and no I have not read the books).

The Happening : I really enjoyed this movie, a bit of gore and totally not what I was expecting. 9/10 Dragon Hunters : Oh man this was an awesome movie! The animation was spectacular and the cinematics outstanding. Great for the kiddies (a few intense scary moments) and the adults. 9/10 The Incredible Hulk : Pretty decent movie, didn't overdo the CGI animation. Great...

Plenty of gore? Check, Hot Russian Liv Tyler look-a-like? Yep, Totally hilarious? Absolutely!! Watched this movie on DVD. It was dark, full of unexpected twists and turns, and made me laugh throughout. And just enough slapstick. I've never seen a combination like this before. It is like Psycho meets The Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets The Italian Job meets National Lampoon's meets The History ...

I'd heard a lot about this - it was supposed to be funny, gory, balls-to-the-wall horror from pretty much the first minute. It was commissioned under 'Project Greenlight', which was something set up by Affleck/Damon to give first time film-makers a start in the business (which I think is pretty damn cool of them, to give something back and remember where they started). However, the first...

If you like a fun, 90 minute zombie film, that manages to incorporate every element of the old 1970's airline disatser movies, I can recommend this one.

Well i'm a massive fan of the TV series and so had to go see the movie...it was nice to be back with the girls (and their guys) but what happened in the movie was what i could of predicted from the end of the TV series. It was a bit pointless but for the pure nostalgia: as viewers we can't quite let go of Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha. I also felt that Samantha was left out alot and ...
