WMMHT: seeing lots of nice people at our open meet, and getting a sit-down job! I can't believe there was no-one able to do announcing (it really is the easiest job on the planet) so I ended up getting it. Result! We have the pleasure of the family _lamb doing their stuff, as well as various other superstars in white, so a pleasure to work with them.

I think it would be a great relief to get him off the programme generally - he's greedy with the time allotted, always pushing to be first at the microphone.

I know that the drills my coach has given me have helped me improve my strokes a great deal (especially Free which I find really hard to get right). We don't do that many drills, usually on the first couple of sets of a warm up i.e. 300m alternating 50 swim 50 drill on Freestyle, then another 300m doing the same for Backstroke.
