What would be wrong with a civilian security force? Is it not our country to defend. we should not solely depend on the Armed Forces of this country. Seeing they are spread so thin as it is. Of course there should be a very strict assessment on who is allowed to serve and who is not. I'm undecided on this issue. On one hand, I say, "F-U it's your own greed and mismanagement that makes you non-competitive". On the other hand it's not so simple because you have the union issue, not to mention the massive supply chain (think how many parts in a car and parts in those parts and so on).
