How many divorces are caused by gays coming out of the closet? There is a Jim McGreevy every day. I care about a lot of things. I really don't care what two consenting adults do or what commitments they make to each other. It has no bearing on my life whatsoever and it was an absolute waste of taxpayer dollars for Congress to have debated an amendment to the Constitution on such a trivial matter.

BAGHDAD (AP) - Iraq's parliament on Thursday approved by a wide margin a security pact with the United States that lets American troops stay in Iraq for three more years. The vote in favor of the pact was backed by the ruling coalition's Shiite and Kurdish blocs as well as the largest Sunni Arab bloc, which had demanded concessions for supporting the deal. Prime Minister Nouri al-...

Apparently some of the news media and others in Oregon have requested that the names and addresses of conceal carry licensees be made public (published in the news media). A judge in one of the counties has approved this. Now, some of the Sheriffs are standing with the conceal carry holders to maintain their privacy. The case is currently in appeal. What do you think? Should this information ...

Jimmy Carter's Second term By Paul Miller It was a cold and rainy October night when my mother and I stood outside a Skokie, Illinois Synagogue to hear and hopefully meet Georgia Governor James Earl "Jimmy" Carter. Explain to us why the dumbasses like Reid, Pelosi and Obama want us the taxpayers to fund this kind of crap? Thousands of laid-off auto workers get paid $31 an hour to sit around and do nothing all year under a controversial program that could continue even if American taxpayers bail out the American auto industry. The program, called "Jobs Banks," has been around for 24 years. ...

Bro in law attacked me. To prove the ignorance of voters in general, I asked him the same series of questions featured in that youtube vid that was displayed here during the week. Much like the cretins in the video, he was only able identify who had the $150,000 wardrobe and pregnant teenage daughter. After I laughed in face and showed him the video, he lost it. I requested he vacate my property ...

What's with team tofu's loud and vigorous promotion of homosexuality? Why the great love for homosexuality? They just get to foaming at the mouth because the definition wasn't changed to apply to homosexuals playing house together. It's like they feel they, themselves have been deprived of the right to happiness. Me thinks they doth protest too much.

Based on his staff choices thus far, it appears that Obama is going to lead from the center. It must gall the righties (and wingnut lefties too) to see that branding him a commie lib will only make them look foolish. Time will tell, but he seems to be making more good moves than any President elect in my lifetime.
