Jay...I think so. Didn't open it up and now I'm back in NOVA. Coming back down tomorrow night after the feast. Only one bird nest today, and even made a few pre-dawn casts in the dark. Then I had the humbling experience of watching Coop cast after he set up to the south of me...I think he's stalking me . Now the fishing...not the catching report. Walked a good part of northern OC yesterday at low after the early morning success....

November conditions have been a bit on the tough side, but there have definitely been some quality fish taken lately, a most welcome sight indeed. Don't forget the annual IRI Flingette coming up on Friday the 21st. Hope we see a good turnout for our get-together. As always, this is the place for your reports... as little or as much detail as you care to share, with hopefully a good bit less ...

My boy "Coal" . Only 13 months old but I had him lining on 150 yard blind doubles this morning. (2 dummies, preset 30 yards apart so he didn't see them at 150 yards distance) He would cast just a little down wind of the line I gave him to pick up their scent. Perfect instincts for a duck dog. He looks like he'll be the best I've ever had.

Hoping for responses from everyone regardless of experience levels. I'd like to know what your favorite heaver is, regardless of price. manufacturer length wt rating action if you tell me why that would help, but the above 4 things are all I need. Hoping for 100 answers. Thanks, Ben
