Stock the bike is set up soft (like 15 clicks), I just dialed it in all the way, and back out around 10 clicks and it was much better in my opinion. I'm 180 pnds.

are you still using your stock rotor from 2001? or did you get the bigger rotor to go with the 17 in wheels (im assuming 17s)? if you're still running the original one that thing is probably needing to be replaced anyways as im sure its seen its fair share of abuse so i agree with what was stated above... start with the rotor and go from there, it sounds like the rotor is warped

Have you checked Suzuki for the item. Should be a stock part. It looks like the same as the one on my 08 model. Try ronayers.com and look it up on their microfische. Then you can either order it from them or take the part number to your local dealer and they can get it for ya. Post up if you cant find it and I or someone else can give you some more help Kevin Edit: Sorry...

Mine kind of do the same thing. Try lifting up a little on the peg before folding to the frame. Its almost like they have a locking mechanism in them, maybe to minimize noise/rattle.

As far as I know it is supposed to be white. Ill go check the packaging. Just a little disappointing cuz I was planning on just throwin it on, not doing a whole paint project. Oh well. I actually found an answer to my own question from Color-Rite. I guess its 30H Special White (top#4037). Now I just have to see if I can find it locally to do it today!

1. Do your research, not all FCR 39 carbs fit a DRZ. Make sure its for a DRZ and includes airbox and adaptor for intake. 2.160 comes in the James Dean Jetting kit. There is a JD kit for stock carb and FCR. 3.SSW all the way...Every motor mod you do from here, that pipe will only perform better. 4.Plenty more....Cams, big bore, stroker and even some head work. 5.Pipe-carb-cams-...
