Congrats Ira! That is one awsome run! I wish I knew you were going to E-town, I would have LOVED to see that pass! As I told you in Carlisle... I idolize your car! One day mine will be just like it... (when Dave makes me an AR... ) Oh and I'm in for a all 5 speed track day next season! Damon how dare you say that about our beloved SCs!

Englishtown. Raceway Park. 36 freezing degrees, 29 mph wind gusts when the day started. There wasn’t a scrap of heat to be found in the track and I spent the first few runs spinning 2.0+ 60’ times and having to back out of it at half track because the track was so slick the car started spinning again when I hit 3rd at the same time the cross wind could get you when you came out from behind ...

Track prep completely sucked! Never launched without spinning and the last run i could feel the tires spinning every joint in the track that I hit. But it was cool and there was a massive head wind 15-20mph. managed to run a 12.06 and 12.09 at 112mph. So close to running a 11 without the juice again. And I feel if i could have got some traction I may have got a 1.5x 60', my best was a 1....

I had my car dyno'd last week, it made 194rwhp and 281ft-lbs of torque with a K&N air filter, mass air flow, and a 5% overdrive pulley on the supercharger. With the stock supercharger pulley it made 190rwhp and 280ft-lbs of torque. I gained 4 horsepower and 1 ft-lbs of torque. I'm getting dual 2 1/2 inch exhaust for my birthday next month. I'll probably have Travis at Fast Specialties make the ...

I went down to see Dave this weekend and run the car on the dyno. I've attached a chart that shows what the car did last spring before the cam and what the car is doing now with the cam, and a couple of other mild mods that will help to support making more power. In the spring the car was virtually stock except for a almost non ported '94 blower stock 90 sc pulley, a 75mm TB, 76mm MAF, and ...

Alan really helped me out with a sponsorship. My torque converter has been going south the last few weeks. Which pretty much killed any chances of running a 9 second pass. Then I got a chance to run with JDM engineering, www.teamjdm.com . They are renting Englishtown raceway in New Jersey this coming Friday. I talked with Jim D'Amore Jr and got and invite to come and race with them, he really...

Went to the track today and ran a new best as did several of the other guys that where there. Now keep in mind I'm still running on stock sized Michelin "Garbage" Hydroedges with an 800 treadware number. I averaged 14.33's at about 96.5mph with 2.11 60' over 4 runs, with 2 runs being back to back. Best run with manual shifting at 5300rpm's R/T - .169 60' - 2.092 1/8 - 9.142 @ ...

went back to PRP today. got my good blower back with the High Speed Lab coated rotors in it. I took 5 % OD out to be at 38% . wanted to take it easy on it for the first time out. first pass was a 10.418 . the rest were a little slower.with a worst of 10.51. it needed new belts, but next week i will be running an inch bigger (than the 10% crank pulley) crank pulley. so I didn't want to waste ...

Bunch of us Canucks went to Toronto Motor sports parkway today, was about +5 out, and sunny, drove into a head wind all day. I had 3 goals set this season to beat, and I actually did all 3 today. In may the car made 21 pounds of boost with the meth kit (stock motor), during the season of racing I noticed my boost was going down and down, to which I figured the meth kit was removing the coating ...
