It's also a question of age. But the interval varies a bit depending on engine. The '05 I had did have a 120,xxx km interval, my current has a 105,xxx km interval. But both those were NA engines.

'05 LGT Pricing!!!

111,000 miles, sorry, I thought I had put that in my original post. It's not a Limited model. Just the plain GT. I looked in the engine bay, no signs of a wreck, didn't see any mods but the guy said it had an aftermarket BOV. I couldn't see it. They're on the IC just like a WRX right? I'm going by the dealership tomorrow with the wife. I'll snap some pics of the engine bay. Any particular spots that should warrant...

the turbo is easy to fix. and with a little help from someone who has mechanical know how (if, like me you don't) you can easily replace it. took us 3-4 hours tops. i've got 130k on my 05 GT and we replaced mine at 120k with a used turbo that had 18k on it.
all for $350. so if you ask me if you have a clean strong car I'd think the warranty is junk.
but it's really your decision in...

Lookslike it was beatin up a little. If you can post pics of the engine bay and underneath the car we might be able to help you judge if it was modded, also how many miles? Limited or not etc?

Funny you mention it, because my LGT has almost 83k miles and its going for
sale in the next few months. Ive owned the car since 20k miles, changed the
oil every 3000-3500 and have been one of the lucky ones without a turbo
issue though. Other than that, car has been really reliable.

What year? Unless it's a 2009 (and then the miles are way too high IMO), I'd offer $16K and call it a day. LGTs are going for that price.

go to north coast subaru, they are the most honest delaership I've ever
dealt with. I got my LGt at Grand Prix (total crooks). I found north coast
when shopping around for the best price on service. They are the best! When
I was a kid I tried to buy a used car off them, after they inspected it,
they found it to be faulty and wouldn't sell it to me. They are very stand
up people. I've sent my mom ...

The lack of service info may mean that the previous owner did a lot himself.
Why not post the VIN number here and see if it's a known user around here.
Anyway - there are no real dead giveaways, but check the brake pads and both sides of the rotors. And the feeling of the brake pedal. If it feels stiff or if it's like a sponge. If it's like a sponge the calipers may be stuck on it's pins ...

A few totally non-mechanical things:
07+ Have folding rear seats.
I think the front seats were also re-designed in 07+ (may have be 08).
