Any Legacy Spec B or 3.0R owners?
Published (2009-12-01 19:06:00)
A co-worker has an 06 Spec B, and I've gone to lunch with his twice and I really like it. It just seems so much more refined, and the ride is really nice even though it has 215/45/18 tires. I prefer the 6 speed and blue/black interior over the brock red and 5 speed in the 06. I assume they both ride/handle the same. I do like the standard LGT, but I like the extras the Spec B or 3.0R have and would pay extra for them.

My room mate has a 05 LGT wagon 5MT. I take it out often, and it's really a blast. He has Swift springs and Cobb bars on it. It really is a great car, definitely more refined than that XT. But, the XT is so much more nimble. The LGT is more planted at higher speeds, but it just can't match the Forester's fun factor. Granted, I have more done to the Foz than he does to his GT. Would I trade? No. While I definitely like his car,...

I've had my '05 LGT since May of 2005, took delivery of her as a lease ( our accountant figured out that it would be a dead-heat, in terms of the final math, and encouraged me to bargain aggressively, which I did - that, in combination with the economy, meant that I won the end-gamble ). She was a dealer demo, an early-'04 DOB vehicle, whom I fell in love with, instantly, upon my test drive, as soon as I took her through first...

I'll be the black sheep and say the styling to me is not the strong point. about GM transmissions. I had a '95 Vette w/auto (4L60E) and the trans had to be pulled twice, this on a car with only 45,000 miles when I sold it. I did run it hard but it should have taken it, it was a Vette. I had a 2007 HHR and the 4T45E auto trans on it was messed up. Back the Camaro. No doubt it screams. However, I like the 2010 Mustang better as far as...

^Yeah... magazines like Consumer's Report are a bunch of hacks. Not to offend anybody on here who may write or review for them, but their info is so bias'd towards the complaints... and never towards the positive comments. Also they like to base things off what they "think" more people will buy. [/rant] Tell your Brother to cut out the lame shark gill's and make them functional! That's quite possibly the...

2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS - V-8 Model - First Test - Motor Trend Quote: the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro feels like a very grown-up, highly polished machine. In many regards, it's more reminiscent of the best sport coupes from Europe and Japan than it is a carrier of the musclecar torch from four decades ago. Should that worry the modern Dodge Challenger and Ford Mustang -- potentially even the pricier Nissan 370Z or bluebloods like the Audi S5?...

The Camaro is a 3,800lbs RWD car, so in a real-world scenario my money is still on the STi, or even my Forester, running circles around this thing with lots of room to spare. It...

^Good question. Personally I like the forester shape/look better then the outback. I think it's mostly about what you like most. And it could be something about height vs lenght maybe......
