I thought it was off to Bentonville after 4 (serious) errors. I don't know the exact parameters but I understood it to be like, an error in # of refills would not count towards your vacation in AK but the wrong strength would etc. But you know better than I do!
I also thought these mistakes were self reported... maybe that is naive but I thought you had to report all mistakes.

Two of my friends who've completed their rotations at Target said they hate how their filling process is done and they would never work for Target after their rotation experience with them. They said Target's filling process very slow and it involves a lot of paper; the time it takes to fill one script at Target, you can do 3-4 at another store.
I just completed my rotation at Walmart, and it...

Then when you go to look at the lecture slides to find the formula, all you see in the formula are the abbreviations, and after like 20 minutes of digging around everywhere, you finally figure out that Q = blood flow and E = ...

Having spent several months working on my days off for a mail order place I can give you a few of my personal opinions:
I don't really think that it is safe to be verifying 1000's of rx's in a shift, and despite the fact that they claimed things were 'triple' checked (input, labeling, final verify) I would still see both techs and Rph's looking like they were about to nod off due to the ...
