sacred underwear...not so much. What happened to me was more a situation of getting absolutely nothing out of church, and then as I continue to grow up I ponder more and more things (also directly related to the more of a scientist I become) and some things just don't add up, or aren't completely convincing to me. One of them is when people make 'prayer lists' or when someone says 'so and so's having surgery so...

That's consistent with this study. There seems to be a psychological benefit to belonging to a church, but not really for believing in god and all that.
