AMID early signs of a recovery in the aviation business, Changi Airport will cut landing rebates for airlines next year and reward those that help it grow.From 25 per cent, the landing discount will be reduced to 15 per cent for the first six months of next year, and cut to 10 per cent in the second half of 2010. I remember having to go for an interview when I applied for PR status of a certain country. At the interview, the interviewer asked just 2 very simple questions, ie, (1) why did I want to migrate to that country?
