I thought my daughter had that around 7 years ago, she literally busted vessels in her left eye because of straining... Turned out she got Strep throat instead because she had the shot they said. I couldn't understand why they said strep but they did the culture and it turned up positive. When I had strep it was sore throat and fever... not all that coughing and phlegm. I almost had to ...

If I may offer what I did earlier this afternoon...
One hundred standard push-ups
(Then one hundred crunches, and then ran for five miles, and then another one hundred crunches),
And then, fifty 'small diamond' push-ups, and fifty 'wide-arm' push-ups, done in interchangeable intervals.
So, I can offer two hundred push-ups for today.

Depends on the severity, some things just need medication plain and simple, and you should have a decent diet and exercise.. Never suffered from them, although my ex said i was bipolor

Seriously, you MUST get a professional exterminator and it may require more than one treatment. Any upholstered furniture should really be discarded. Also, if the other apartments aren't treated, you could be back to square one in a short time.
A friend of mine went through this after bringing them home from vacation and it was hell on earth. She swears she'll never go on vacation again....
