From the conference call I did not get the sense that there is any expectation for rail margins to decrease.  Their current target is 6% and they will be providing new targets at the beginning of the next fiscal year.  The aerospace margins have declined primarily as a result of pressure on aircraft prices and as a result of having to reconfigure business jets that were built to customer specifications prior to cancellations.

Bombs Aerospace has not averaged whopping double digits returns for at least a decade. In fact before that Bomb had a Finance division making bad loans to their own customers to buy jets and later dealing with defaulting, making reported margins invalid. This was bad management at the time and another reason for the fall from grace. This is not to take away from other companies making similar products and their double digit returns.

Wake me up when we reach $22 and I break even.

Seems like nothing but good news in the pipeline now. Airlines cannot hold off much longer from ordering. Everything that has had to give has given in the bad news dept. The stock seems to have see sawed over the past few weeks and the next good order should have momentum to keep the bomber over 5ive and that's no jive. g00d2g0>>
