Of actually lifting weights... Probably no more than 10 minutes. If you want to include rest time in there I like to complete my workouts in 45-60 minutes.

should be no problem droping the fat. do your cardio and lift 3-4 times a week you will see the diffrence as soon as you start build muscle the fat will melt. keep the diet in tune and stay off the shit foods. AAS not right now bust your balls to get the faT DOWN then have at it.

fill some dixie cups with water and freeze them, and then when you get done working out, ice/massage them using the dixie cup shaped ice cubes and take about 800 mg a day of ibprofen. thats what worked for me, i still get it every once in a while, but just gotta keep icing them. also, inzer makes some really nice elbow sleeves that will eliminate a lot of that elbow pain. also, check your bench...
