Just summit I pondered for a bit. can you challenge your body enough to make good gains by using bodyweight as the only resistance? In this case whats your fav resistant exercises/routines without machines or freeweights? Do you think you can you hit every bodypart without weights, machines or bands. Thoughts?

Hey guys i kinda feel a little dumb asking this question but I'm starting to think I been doing things wrong for the past 20 years. Lol No really I kinda
all ways train the same. Other then mixing up exercises and routines I still all ways lift pretty much heavy unless I'm lazy that day and I all ways do 3 sets of 10 then 10 or 8 then 8 to 6 reps and I'll do at least 4 if not 5 different ...

Those machines where you enter your weight, age,, height ect and then squeeze. I hear they aren't very accurate, is this true?

i was wondering since i need to change up my work out....if working chest/back together ex. one chest ex then one back ex then one chest and so on...as a group and then after that tri and bi, and to finish my workout just shoulders i have realized this saved a load of time at the gym giving u a full body workout i recommend it if u do full body and are in a hurry....i just wanna kno is it...

whats with these guys who come into the gym daily and spend 3 hours doing endless amounts of sets and reps on the same muscles, arms chest arms chest arms chest. they put no effort into the excercises at all, no
striving until failure or even close. they are usually extremely fat and can hardly move and then have 2 twigs for legs.

Ive been traning for a year and a half naturally for the most part but my back development is over powering my upper body because my shoulders are narrow and my shoulders and arms cannot grow at even half the pace that my back does and because of this im not happy with the way im looking. Should I train it every other weak very lightly enough to get a burn but not so that it bulks up?
