Brought the straps today which def helped. No Huge jump but weighed myself for the first time in a while and was at 185.5lb.

This log is great massive, it's nice to follow a competitors log for sure. Id like to see your diet. Or just where your getting the bulk of your protein from. Just curious cause the only competitors I used to know trying to gain the weight your looking for really had to eat and eat and shit like Pizza, big ole buckets of chicken and lot's of delmonicos and potatoes, roast beef, slabs of ribs, ground chuck etc.... curious what meats...

Today's workout Front Squat w/ 2 sec. pause in bottom: 5, 3, 3, 3 Clean: 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 Split Jerk: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 Rest: 5 - 10 min. 10 Bar Muscle-Ups for time As far as the gains go, I am sure some of it is water weight. And I went from doing a lot of conventional lifting to olympic so I attribute a lot of my gains to that as well

Thanx 4 the kind words broski, I plan on more progress over the next 6 months. All the folfs I met who have reached the goals I want to obtain have over 6 years of dedicated training under them, so i know not to expect much and be thankful for anything.

I'm going to be finishing up PCT in the next couple days although I feel completely recovered because I'd like to finish up the open bottles of stuff that I have and stay with the 30 day PCT I planned. I guess I'll log what I used just for shits:

In anticipation of this cycle I went on a mini cut for the past couple weeks. That combined with the new program I'm starting will probobly take me a couple weeks to find my true 5 rm's and 8 rm's. Also I expect my lifts to take a little jump up the first couple weeks as I've discontinued the cut and upped the calories.

Had a quick 45 min upper body session tonight. I only went 70% ME, just wanted to losen up for the first week. Felt o.k. but weak as hell. I wnt be startin the week off with bench but after two months of virtually no lifting I didn't want to squat or pull tonight. Starting next week will be typical squat/bench/dead mon, wed, fri. I finally get my drivers lisc back friday after...

I like how that cycle looks. I'm gonna run a similar one in th next several months. Just ou t of curiosity why run the test p @ 50mg daily & then switch to eod @ 150? Does this help stabilize blood levels as you're getting it in your system?? Never saw that before
