Just wondering how much protein I need to take in? I usally get like 200-250-280g's of protein a day. I' m 6'0 220lbs 25yrs 18-19% BF as of 3 weeks ago.

I'm on test e 250 250mgs e/w and i' m 5'9" 170lbs 23y/o 11% b/f How much fat do i need every day w/ my 250gs of protien and 3000 plus calories a day.

Hey everyone, If you have read my post lately you know I am having some issues with finding the right diet. Is it possible to drop BF without cutting calories? I will be running test as I plan to continue year round, I would think that should make things a little easier. I would really appreciate some help with this thing! Again Its not that I am trying to lose "weight", I just wana get leaner ...

I have been hearing alot lately about mercury poisoning from canned tuna. Ive also read that the recommended dose of canned tuna is not to exceed like 2-3 cans per week. which is crazy to me, because i usually eat 3 cans for one meal; roughly twice a day, every other day. thats like upwards of 18 cans a week. can anyone supply further info on mercury poisoning and if i am screwing myself ...

whats up everyone, got a little situation is hoping some of you can help with. So normally my appetite sucks to say the least, this last EQ cycle is really the only time I can remember having an appetite at all! I have always used drinks to help with calories and carbs, especially carbs! I am trying to cut out the drinks and go with all whole food for a change but I'm really wondering if I will ...

It's a keto recipe but I think you could use skim milk instead of oil and water for the liquid if not doing keto. 1 scoop Protein (I use Body Fortress Whey) 2 eggs 1/2 tsp backing powder 1/2 tbsp olive oil whip and add water till the consistancy of pancake batter. Pray pan and cook like pancakes makes 2 large pancakes. I ate them with just a tbsp of butter but they ...

when pumping up pre-contest would it be a good idea to take a nitric oxide supplement as you tend to get great pumps when using this and would have a better pump on stage.

any disadvatages to getting one of those rotisery chicken (sp) that are ready to eat, and eat it throughout the day...its 1.5lbs, just peel the skin off and eat it... i know its expensive, but ohwell.. i would think oatmeal in the morning, chicken / tuna /lean steaks /vegs throughout my meals (not all at onces, just given the ideas) with protein shakes /pwo shake .. i think ...

How good are herbal diuretics pfor pre-contest competiton. Heard that dandelion diuretics works very well, has anyone used this before?
