for steam version you need only to verify cache of game for have the version 43. edit: arghhhh i think that i have corrupted my pk re with that update... i see some more graphics on some monsters but i think that is a feature of that patch... now i have removed pk re folder from local/application data folder and also from program files. i'm re-downloading game...

This is absolute B.S. Ive been waiting to play this game since the end of October. And now you come to the steam forums and tell us there is a patch but steam users have to wait... It is already on the auoupdater for RETAIL versions. For steam version, you`ll have to wait untill steam incorporates the changes, but I guess they are quick on that.
