Your Security program or windows defender may be blocking you from downloading it. Try turning off all your antivirus, firewalls, and windows defender, then download it. Be sure to turn all that stuff back on immediately after you download it so your not left vulnerable.

If your friend gifted you the censored version, that's what you get. You might try contacting support about it, though.

they can also add you on contact email. there was never a need with steam to give the account name to someone for anything.

Yeah i'm getting this too, tried everything. It's a good idea to create a new steam account and see if it works. If it's like mine the newly created account should work, although main account still doesn't T_T

Standard response time is 3-5 working days, sometimes when they are not so busy you may get a response in 1-2 days. If you submitted a ticket and got the automated confirmation e-mail then you just have to wait. they will get to you eventually, be patient.

Same problem here. Try resetting your setting within Internet Explorer and/or reinstalling Steam and/or Internet Explorer.

You'll want to remove that URL. It's an attempt to steal your account. What would really be nice is if ValvE disallowed hotlinking of their images.

well your graphics card only has 100 somethin vram and a pretty dam big screen resolution. Its hardware issues, need to upgrade. CPU is 2.4ghz not bad same as me, but the graphics card is horrible for your resolution, plus CoH and other games use more vram then what you got. This is just a quick update. I have gone to the directory "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2" and had a snoop around. My main concern; the folder is only 3.42GB in size. If this is the case, where the hell have my downloads gone?
