Is this your first character? If so welcome to the boards! As someone who started with two indie characters, the best way is to get involved is to make ties, at least loosely with one of the factions, till things mature for the character and you develop roleplaying connections anyway. Other than that you can start spinning your plots, and see if anyone jumps in, posting the ideas and such in ...
