I doubt the disc is warped...at least to that extent. It'd take a fair amount of force for that, like the tranny during install to not mate to the bell and hang in the splines. With a helper pushing the pedal how much does the slave/fork move? Barely? Half an inch? Can you pry the fork away from the rod on the slave by hand easily (is there slack in it)? I'm still convinced, maybe wrongly, that it's a hydraulic issue. Maybe a...

Run the car and turn the heat up and down while watching the lever by the gas pedal.... is it moving with the temp setting? Is it moving all the way? The vacuum only controls the air direction Face/Foot/Window

But basically what I got from your thread is that I should check the CTS, check the timing, clean my air filter (I just got the 1g MAS off Sully's car today), change the plugs and wires and then see what happens. Good plan? And the main thing, make sure your alternator is putting out enough voltage to power your system, otherwise you'll never...

Update.. I ran a hose from that line to the vac box and sure enough all the controls worked as they should...as stated.. The first time I ran the car, I had actual heat...I was pretty excited.. I popped the waste gate actuator rod off the gate, so I stopped it, repaired that went to start it, and would you guess...no heat!!! All the controls still worked as they should, but I am so frustrated with the on/off heat...

Have a helper push & release the clutch pedal while you watch the little slave cylinder pushrod and the end of the release fork. How much do they move? It should be nearly an inch. If the movement is less you have: * air in the system still. Bleeding with only one end of the car jacked up is bad - that makes air bubbles collect in the corners of the master and slave cylinders. Those cylinders must be LEVEL to get a good bleed. * Not...

Must be that Columbus weather, not much different over here either. The heater valve may be stuck. The vacuum hoses missing or the actuator not moving the doors inside the box. Check down on the floor near the console and look for a hose off. What model you have?

Would the fact that my radiator was low on coolant have anything to do with it either? Thankfully it's been bitter cold in MI for a while so there shouldn't be any damage to the head from over heating.

Yep you can get the spade connectors at radio shack or any other place with electrical connectors. But you should be aware that they are made with very specific wire that acts as a fuse. Just making them with say 16 gauge wire will defeat the purpose of them and cause something else to burn up if you have a problem, costing you far more $$ in the long run. Dad sells these links My $.02...
