Did you activate with that plan? Either way, Sprint has determined that if they force you to change your plan, then you get the option of cancelling without an ETF. You can take it to court if you want but you wouldn't win.

Having the deal offered in writing does matter. Nothing is a guarantee but its 100x more helpful than having nothing. I've gotten tons of issues fixed by forwarding an Ecare email.

The Everything Plus Data Family Plan is not eligible for any additional discounts. If you are eligible for a discount through your employer, you may be better off taking a 100 minute hit and signing up for the consumer version of that plan (1500 minute Everything Data Plan) which is eligible for additional discounts.

yes you can accept the upgrade, but i think you would have to do an esn change to the phone and then back to your old phone. I dont know if the phone comes in locked first to your number and you have to do a esn change to it. the only phones you cant get with your sero plan are the hero, pre, pixi, moment, any instink phone, dont let them tell you different.

EPRP + employee discount
I just left sprint a few months ago because I was paying a lot for my 450 minutes. I switched to Verizon and while the service definitely good, I plan on going back to Sprint.
Here's my question: my friend's boyfriend was able to use the EPRP and his employee discount. I've seen a thread or two that ...

You get the discount on EVERY line on your account. Discount is automatic per line.
Phones are available at any sprint retailer. They can do whatever you need.
Yes, you can get referral credits for the new lines.

The only way you might get a cheaper rate is by doing the following. Sign up for Sprint's data card services. Use it for about 2 weeks, then call to cancel the service. They will ask you why, and tell them that Cricket's data card is cheaper then their current plan.
Hopefully you have Cricket service in your area.
I dont know of anyone that has tried this yet, but IMO it's ...

I don't have on so I can't answer the first few but,
4. Will it fall off once I leave the employer? Or if Sprint terminates the contract with the employer?
Since you would no longer qualify for the discount then yes you would lose. When you leave your employer you would be on the honor system to tell them, they won't ever know otherwise. If the agreement is terminated then yes you ...

Sprint offers their own, they don't match.
The National Volume Plan discount varies depending on how many employees of a company are subscribers.
You could try to check by going to
sprint.com/yourcompany
e.g.
sprint.com/usps
25% off select Sprint plans
20% off all Sprint accessories
25% off select Nextel plans

Make a MiFi into my bike rout tracker?
So the MiFi has GPS in it but the only intended purpose I can find is to allow a search engine to know where you are to improve your search.
BUT
