The FDIC closed seven more banks this week, making it 140 so far this year. Now thats ALOT of Banks to go Under in one year and we are not done.....My guess is on Dec 31st we will have the 150th bank Closure this year

Rotation should send money into the refiners soon. They seem to get moving good in Jan. and Feb. This stock has the perfect ingredients to get moving. Very high insider ownership along with heavy insider buying. Trading at about 1/3 of book. Huge short interest at over 70% of the float. Keeps bouncing off the $4.50 area. This is a good spot here @ $4.65.

An EC is good for all shareholders, whether common or preferred. An EC will more then likely be granted here, but you're right, that it doesn't mean that WMI will win, and even if it does, it doesn't mean there will be any left for shareholders. Kmart had an EC and their shares were wiped out and reissued, so there are no guarantees. However, when factoring in the damages and penalties, I would estimate that shareholders will be...
