YOur mtu is off what dsl modem do you own ,and do you own a router since the mtu could be stuck there try thease in the optimizer. Please take another analyzer after you applied changes ,and rebooted the computer to see if it got fix.

MTU for ComCast should be set to 1500 - for cable internet. Only ADSL internet uses MTU at 1492.
Try the following with TCP Optimizer:
General Settings tab:
Custom settings - check
Modify All network adapters - check
