hey guys im knew and i need some friends in the fort myers and cape coral area that wouldnt mind helpin a starter out all i have is a gun a snorkel,mask and fins and the ambiton and drive rquired to learn ive always seen spear fishing out of state adn on tv and finaly got the gear ive always wanted to learn but i dont know anything else other than to dive under water be sneaky and spear a fish i have no boat and am not free diving trained or...

Re: Nov 15/09 Ozona/bends/dcs? I think a lot of people confuse being bent with Oxygen deprivation and CO2 retention. Headaches, cramps, fatigue, nausea.... Thats happens all the time... JP vis and fish headed out of johns pass to 50-55ft. The day started out sloppy but the wind died and it was beautiful! The vis was surprisingly nice, we had atleast 25-30ft at all our spots and it was blue. Not that hazy green water thats usually in there. We ended up with a cooler full of very nice fish. A hadfull of snapper, some very nice hogs, 2 nice gags, and a red. __________________ spearfishing? you sound like a caveman.

Re: Winner by TKO Great recovery of the fish, what are the chances. . . You have that extended arm pose down packed. If you are able to get your hands on the spear, try disconnecting your shooting line from gun then pull the spear. Good luck , .Larry O M. . . __________________ . . .
