Got cold. We made it out Saturday and had a south current with bad to declining vis. It will be air chilly all week, but the water temp will stay 72 or so. Out on the deep ledge, the vis was good 70 to 80 and should stay good throuhout the week. Let me know if you need a ride. Captain Randy www.emeraldcharters.com

You're right in the middle of Florida so you could do either side of the state.
East Coast: New Smyrna (need a boat), Daytona (need a boat), Port Canaveral (need a boat), Sebastian (still need a boat), Wabasso south to Ft. Pierce, you can find beach diving - but the conditions are iffy. Stuart, Jupiter, West Palm - boats are a big help, but the dive spots are only a few miles from the ...

There is no such thing as a red snapper spot within 3 miles of the florida coast!!! But otherwise I do like the FWC's position on the matter. Sucks they caved on the grouper issue.
