Kitto or Ihab - Are the revised results for
trigger pull / vs. band force available anywhere? How does the trigger pull vary across the range of expected band loads? Will they be added to your website Kitto?

Looks like another great build. In the first pic, it looks like you are scoring the mating surfaces? Are you then using filler with the epoxy? I think Wood Guy did some
unscientific testing a while back and found that a smooth planed joint was stronger than one with rough saw marks, but I don't know how that would compare to a planed and scored surface. Not really my specialty, so I'm ...

24 hours is good.. I use slow cure hardener, and it is hard in 4-6 hours to touch, but I would leave it clamped for a while, the longer the better. 12 hours minimum, but 24 is better. If it is in a warm place it will harden quicker, in a cold place it takes a lot longer. Being in
Vero Beach, same as here, go by my times.
