Bell is a big RB in the Glenn Winston mold but not nearly as fast or explosive as Winston but probably a little shiftier in the open field. Bell is strong and powerful and has the ability to break tackles and run over defenders because of his size but he doesn't make many long runs. He shows the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield pretty well. He is not going to be a break away runner in college. He could be an effective short...
