The OP stated both are at the height of their powers. Seriously, I'm pretty sure only Reinforce or the Cradle of the Saint are going to bring this home for the Nanohaverse. And they aren't really 'allies' and probably aren't allowable by OP.

If she can hit him. Or if he even has a vunerability to magic, which I don't think he's even been stated to have. On his bike, he's so far beyond her speed wise it isn't even funny. Her best bet is to dimension shift the second she figures out whats coming after her.

Most of the higher demons have some sort of spell-like abilities, though at decreasing ability as rank goes down.

I know balors are casters, but how many of the other demons can cast? Casters are going to determine the win here. If that demon horde has enough casters, it wins, otherwise it loses. Of the top of my head, i don't think the demons win, but i don't remember the abilities of most of those demon species.

Heavily in Nanoha's favor, probably. Neither of them can likely survive each other's high-end attacks, but Nanoha has more passive defenses, more mobility, and more accurate low-end attacks, all of which will help put her in a position to be the one who finally nails her opponent with her high-end stuff.

Are nukes enough? We know it mounts 40k starship scale guns, shields, and hull materials and the consensus seemed place those numbers too high for simple megaton range bombardments.
That's discounting whatever point defense it might have, since its capable of engaging orbiting starships, its targeting abilities are clearly somewhat impressive.
Additionally I'm hard pressed to ...
