Is my Dog allowed at the farmers market/flea market in Charlotte Hall, if I have her on a leash??

Has anyone been to any really really scary haunted houses/hayrides/trails??? I dont mind if i have to drive a couple hours. (preferably no more than 2 from somd) But i really want to go to something really scary! not cheesy! Has anyone been to goatmanshollow? Thanks in advance

Happened right by the Harley Davidson dealership, around 6 or 7ish. Anyone know what happened? When I drove by it had just happened. Didn't look good for the driver of the motorcycle.
