I know quite a few of you on here promote nights and was wondering if you could offer any guidance as to good venues (in London )for promoting which offer decent sound and facilities for the bands and audience and crucially don't charge an extortionate hire fee. There was I thinking that the Mercury Rev album is too wibbly and along comes Johnny Anarchy and His Bucketful of Prog Reviews. Beyond the Wizard's Sleeve? Gossamer Albatross?? They don't remind me of Forever the Sickest Kids, which is not one of my favorite bands.
