These people need to give up. Ohio is better off with the indoor smoking ban. It is easier to go to restaraunts and not be suffocated by smoke. It's been 3 years, anyway. They need to just give up.

Too bad this isn't about the real issue: Public health. We will see what they do about allowing incense to be "approved", even though burning it does cause the same types of second hand smoke exposure as does a burning cigarette. Should be interesting.

The answer to every problem families face is not some new government program. Why not provide a positive business climate where jobs are created by the private sector and the government doesn't have to tax so much? Both Strickland and Taft do not seem to understand the blessings of the free market.
