Why not make a client that has a built in BT tracker and uses something like Gnutilla to publish the torrents. Better yet why not Ares since its pretty much better than gnutilla. This way torrents will forever exist and can be decentrally published and browsed. Just like when winMX was taken off line the tech savy brought it back and now more secure than ever.

Well both fasttrack and gnutella are on the list, its not a list of clients but of networks.
