Thursday Phew what a long day! Work as normal, drove to the next town and COULD NOT find parking... finally did, but was so stressed by then.? Quickly did all my shopping bar K's new coat/hat/scarf etc that I really wanted to get - next, debenhams, zara and M&S without luck. Came home and H helped me wrap it all and we caught up on the week and have agreed our plans to include time for both of us to do stuff as well as family time....

Hi Thanks for your message. My mum and dad are doing OK after being robbed and not much seems to have been stolen only all the money they had put in Christmas cards for the family. Never mind. My parents are really well set up security wise so it just goes to show that if a burglar wants to get in, then they will. Thanks for sharing about your weight loss. You have done soo well. How much more do you want to loose? I think I only want to get...

Hi Laura, The worst thing you can do is weigh yourself in between weigh ins. Hide the scales. Put them in a cupboard or in another room or the boot of the car so that you don't see them. Then just drag them out once a week. Most of us weigh in in the nuddy - we do get some strange looks from the staff at boots but hey ho - LOL Only joking!! :D I weigh in at 7;30 - 8:00 am every Monday. This way i get an accurate reading. There's...

Even though there wasn't an atmosphere in the house last night I still ate a muffin and then since I'd already gone over my syns, I had a wagon wheel and then since the packet was open I had another one.

Ok, after looking back at my weekly losses (and a 1/2lb gain last night, followed by a Tesco pizza - arghhh 23 syns)I decided that I should start a diary to focus myself. I see a pattern emerging - 3 weeks of losses then a small gain or a maintain. Rinse & repeat! I think it is probably down to letting the planning and cooking proper food slip - I just can't seem to manage it week in week out...

Well done! I'm thinking I should go back to group too as I'm just not in it at the moment :(
Problem is that the consultant I've had seems to be doing all the groups in the area and she's just to rubbish (sorry, but she is).
Can't wait to meet you on Sunday,
