Some can make a difference like the former mayor of Cape Town Hellen Zille who was elected Global Mayor of the Year 2007/08 in a competition of over 300 candidates. But also at times they are as not effective as man, we had 4 women who are provincial premiers of the 9 provinces they are nothing special.

I've been recently reading the works of John Stuart Mill for one of my courses and these kind of laws, that are based on customs imposed by the majority is a form of social tyranny. It's in fact a far more dangerous form of tyranny than when it is solely being perpetrated by the government.

We need order and discipline in the house. so people can have civil discussions, healthy exchange of ideas.
I vote yes. all garbage threads must locked and those who don't want to behave, will be sent to the Sahara desert prison or Congo jungles prisons may be they have discussions with habitants around the prisons.
