Yes, I've had it on Thomson & Pace HD boxes. I think it's down to the amount of compression used.

There is no way of getting it quicker, you will just have to wait along with everyone else. A forced update might actually delay getting it. __________________ Who is your ISP - HotspotFinder - TCPOptimiser - DrTCP - Netmeter - NetStumbler - Test Socket

HDMI to Component Conversion? -...

OK I think my two problems were related. Jogging the device caused the blue screen again - clearly I hadn't tightened the connections fully. So I got out my small pliers; the connectors are tight & shaking the HDFury2 doesn't cause any problems now. Many thanks to my friend Ziggy for remotely diagnosing the problem.

Smaller screen?
Published (2009-11-03 19:34:00)
Why is it then when I watch a programme e.g. on Sky 1 then flick over to watch it on Sky1 HD the screen goes from 16:9 to 4:3 and I cannot change it on my TV, I get the message "Feature Not Available" the same applies to The Sci-Fi Channel HD. I have the screen format set to 16:9 on the HD box.

When you search and tick the box, it should say something like at the bottom of the screen press a button to save the selected channels, then it will be in the other channels list.

Correct - 500 GB will be handled by the Sky box but above that you need to use Copy+ to format the drive to the correct size. You also need at least one recorded programme copied with Copy+ for it to work and format the drive. A 60cm dish would give better results under certain conditions with a lower noise Lnb and would give less chance of picture breakup in bad weather conditions
