I have finally managed to get my Office Outlook working with my Sky. But the issue i have now is that everyknows my email address as <user>@supanet.com all work collegae agencies etc have this email address but what i have discovered is that when Outlook 2003 sends my email it shows my sky email address at the end of my name ie <user> <user>@sky.com i dont want to display my sky mail account.

Hi folks, my Outlook express email is connecting to pop server very slow for the last 4 days and when it does connect it takes about 7/8 mins to download emails of about 18/20kb then sometimes it says pop server timed out. I use pop.tools.sky.com and smtp.tools.sky.com as I say it work fine up until 4 days ago. Any one else had this problem? cheers

I am trying to create a new email account, I set up the login some weeks ago, all I get when I try to create a new email account is a page reload with creating new email and tools account and the spinning symbol, for about 5 mins, then a message telling there was a problem try and login later.
