Hi all, My Sky DG834GT router suddenly failed with the power and status lights flashing alternately. I rang Sky and they sent me a new router. This is fine but I've been sent a Sagem which isn't 108Mbps and also does not have a directional antenna. I would really like to use my DG834GT because of the above so have tried to use the UpgradeWizard.exe utility on the Sky CD to try ...

Hi, Maybe an easy one to answer. All channels say the usual, No sat Sig being received and notice that the on screen clock is exactly 1 hour behind. All channels don't work apart from the ITV channels, 1, 2, 3 & 4...

can anyone help me. I got my new white card today, put it in and promptly lost my HD signal. I have been using the component connection since getting HD as I only have one dvi connection on my television which is used for my computer/DVD player. I did contact Sky but all he said was that the new card could not switch off anything that I was mistaken and it must be a cable. Any ideas

We've had our Sky+ box for just over a year now, and over the weekend it's been switching itself off mid-viewing, then spends a few moments sounding like it's trying to switch itself back on before giving up! We're unable to switch it back on for a while before it returns to normal. This happend about 3 times yesterday afternoon/evening. We have also noticed it "whirring" when on standby, ...
