well, first of all, Feed burner it self shows you ways to get connected to your blog or site. Go through its options carefully you will get it. I assume you are meaning the site at wordpressdirect dot com? It looks like a pile of junk to me. All it seems to do is scrape content from other sites and insert it into a WordPress powered site. At worst it may be illlegal, at best it's a waste of time.

I believe visitors have become ad blind and irrespective of whether its adsense or kontera, you still will not get much.. moreover kontera support sucks.. unlike adsense these guys take forever to answer any queries

I usually just change up the title and have had no issue in the past. It would be virtually impossible for google to check your page against every page in there database. Most people agree that there is no such thing as duplicate content off page. Now, when it comes to the actual search results, then google doesnt like to post duplicate content, but when it matches the total content from lets say...
