Infolinks.com is scam or not?
Published (2009-12-02 00:55:00)
Yes I saw that variable but I didn't want to limit infolinks because Kontera doesn't have an easy way to limit the number of links, it's like for adding a new website, you have to contact them and ask them to put a limit on your site and it can take several days (they say 3 business days), I just wanted to start the experiment, so I let both scripts put as many links they want while restricting the area where they can put links.

It's because HostGator is the most popular among scammers right now. They're the best target -- huge volume of real orders per day makes it harder for them to screen for fraud, low prices, mostly automated setup so the scammer can get a website up fast.

I thought about that too. So I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

People are asking how to find these inexpensive helpers, which I call my little Indians to outsource my original content. Throughout the world in very little countries, I pay as little as $0.05 cents per insertion of my content that links back to my websites. I set up fifty plus blogs, forums and other social media outlets in different languages using Babylon's affiliate language translation program which also pays me for every free trial...

Getting more visitors
Published (2009-12-02 13:18:00)
yea im just starting out so can afford all the big ppc. the reason I was asking is becase ther are sites that say 1000 vistors for $5 or somthing like that but its kinda hard to belive that its that easy or effective. If it was that easy to get traffic then people wouldnt always be wondering how to get traffic. If that makes any sense lol

CPX Payment for September Revenue ?
Published (2009-12-02 04:27:00)
Anyone received payment from CPX for September revenue ? I heard they switched to a NET60 payment term. That would mean payment at the beginning of December, no ? I've sent them a number of emails. Someone from there told me around the 15th of November that I would get paid shortly but then nothing came through. And I've been waiting all this while. Anyone else in the same boat ?

Buying traffic is in my opinion the best way to go. It's a lot more predictable than free traffic and more scalable. It's a lot faster to buy traffic then it is to create a page and spend hours getting inbound links to it.
But I wouldn't just outsource that to anyone, and there are tons of website that promise the world without delivering.
I'd go for some cost per action type traffic, or ...

I had the same problem twice.
The first time was due to a security breach with my shared hosting account. The hacker got a bunch of login information and changed the .htaccess. So when people clicked on my client's site from Google, they were redirected to the hacker's site which told them that "my client's site" had given them a virus and they needed to download an anti-virus software, the ...

Have you filled out and sent them the necessary tax form? They will not
send your first payment until they get the tax form but they will not
actually ask you for the form. Once you send the tax form then the end of
the following month they will pay.

The catch here is that this is called "incentivizing" and most affiliate agreements prohibit incentivizing clicks on their affiliate links. If they find out you're making this offer they can terminate you and withhold any earned commissions.

It took me about 1 year and a half, but it's because I didn't promote it a
lot, and there was a long time waiting for the clearance (you need your
buyers to use several different ways of payment even when you have earned
more than the threshold)
