Mr.
Kimball would inform Haney when the Douglases needed something. Well, he wouldn't inform him, he would drop a hint. Well, not a hint , more of a clue. How did Mr. Kimball turn out the way he did ?

I was just on imdb and I found something very interesting. One of the serach topics under GA was a TV movie. Not 'Return to
Green Acres', but one dated for 2008. I'm sorry, but I already know that they're going to take this show and ruin it. If anything they'll set it up like a modern sitcom and use every bad pun in the book. Another thing that irritates me is when they try to find people that ...

When I saw an old Cary Grant film..."Mr Blandings Builds His Dream Home" There were parts in that which were oddly familliar to the Green Acres theme. I love Green Acres & today remains one of My
favorite shows of all time. I never knew what its source of inspiration came from....???? Any Ideas?

Things we learned from Green Acres Arnold the pig is the smartest character on the show. Never trust Mr.
Haney. Never hire Alf & Ralph to fix up your house. Eb will never be invited to join Mensa. Lisa will never be invited to join Mensa. Wearing fancy evening gowns around a farm is not practical. In ...

tells the story of how they met, Oliver's war plane got shot down over Nazi Germany. Lisa was working in the underground, and helped rescue him. 3) In...

Back in
the late 80's there was a low budget horror flick called Intruder(aka Night Crew: The Final Checkout)... Tom Lester(Eb), and Alvy Moore(Hank Kimbell) pop up for a very brief moment as police officers, and Alvy Moore plays his Kimbell role(but as a police man). Tom Lester even tips up his cap the way he did his hat on Green Acres.

I found this original airing of Green Acres "The Price of Apples" in three parts on You Tube, airdate February 9, 1966. When done with the first part, just find the link to the next part in the side bar. The picture quality looks average. But it does have original commercials. The only thing missing is the end theme. But DVD owners should compare this to their DVD's and see if it really...
