The decal ones are terrible. The caps I've heard mixed reviews on. They do seem to work, but are they worth the trouble? I don't think so. Also, I'm kind of repulsed by the idea of repeatedly reusing the paper filter inside a

I was once told that you can actually light the powdered stuff, so be careful! Its anything but "all natural" and good for you.
I have recently switched to nonfat
half and half (probably no better), but light cream (liquid), just a dash, really is my favorite.
