Hiya, can you enlist some suitable parent/committee help for food preparation/serving so it takes a little strain off staff and frees them up for play? Other ideas you've possibly already tried are looking at noisy, quiet and concentrating on listening, taking part and leading - on & off with marching games, instruction games and rhythm - Grand old duke of york, creeping like mice and roaring...

stls is a good course but not a license to practice which means you will be limiting yourself to working in a school but if that is where you want to be its not a problem.
