Ha, sorry. I thought I'd posted about this earlier. Even though I can't really afford to go I'm trying to use my reward miles on Alaska Airlines for a free ticket.
Nothings opened up yet, but I was told to try Every Other Day (EOD) and see if there was a seat available. Apparently, as the date gets closer the airline will open up more seats to reward mile flights if they can't fill them with ...

personal trainer said I was doing DL's wrong because I wasn't using the elevated platform, then proceeded to chew his gum violently and stare at his clients ass-while he instructs her to do squats in the smith machine with 5 pounds on each side

I'm changing my regular routine for the
Sherdog Deadlift competition (I've been following Rippetoe SS for the past 5+ months). Any help would be appreciated as I'd like to improve as much as possible. Note that I can't add any extra workout days. Also, my gym doesn't allow weight to be dropped on the floor, so clean & jerk, etc. isn't possible atm. Here's what I've come up with so far. ...

I'm calling bullshit, there is no fucking 230 pound guy squatting 775 with a barbell in your fitness gym. Let alone anyone who got that strong who is stupid enough to put little kids on his shoulders while he is doing it. Unless this abortion was in a
Smith Machine or a "squat" is really a calf raise.
