If you've read Wamrage's Smartguards review thread, then you know the story behind how I came to choose Smartguards and the whole ordering process, so I'll focus on the guards themselves in this thread. Now, this is going to be an ongoing review throughout my whole experiences with these mouthguards, and as I got them only a few days ago this initial post will be about my first impressions....

I haven't actually got the piece in the mail yet, but Jeff at starsguards has been excellent with the customer service through the whole process. He has been very patient and quick to respond to my multitude of annoying emails. (sorry jeff ) So I can definately say great customer service, and ill put up some pics of the piece that jeff emailed me, and when it gets here ill put up a review.

What about for us small guys? (5'7 160ish). Sprawl is the leading company in my search for some good shorts and was wondering myself.

The waistband compared to the sprawls is a bit thinner and lighter, but it does it's job and sits on my waist perfect....

how hard do the guys at your gym spar? are they padded enought to do standing striking when mixing it with grappling/GNP?
