go with 14's. I work for Title Boxing/MMA and I train regularly and anything under 12 oz just isnt very kind to your training partner. Edit: Never hurts to go with 16's either

I already have Tapout, Sprawl, and Warrior Wear shorts so it's not an issue of needing them, I just want to do a review to potentially steer people away from buying them as they look like crap lol, they're pretty thin...but we'll see, I'll post my first impressions later today.
