Most of my friends just eat because they have too. They have pretty predictable diets and are usually reluctant to try new things. They eat alot of fast food whereas if I go out to eat i'll go to a restaurant and order an exotic meal. lol. I LOVE food. I love all kinds of food. I enjoy sushi, Indian food, West Indian food, I cook on a regular basis. I eat everything and I actually just LOVE...

After I started taking them I just have an overall better feeling of health, I also take a huge crap everyday that is just like soft serve Ice Cream. Also if I take them before I work out I find it easier to lift and maintain energy throughout my workout...especially when it comes to long distance running. Some folks are content with the 4g glutamine in every 30g scoop of whey, but on BB.com and other less popular sights, glutamine is quite the popular amino acid with people doing 10-40g a day for recovery and etc. It's a fad similar to the BCAA interest. Hi, I'm a Muslim, and will be fasting daily starting the 1st till the end of September. That means that I'll be eating/drinking around 6am in the morning and won't be eating/drinking again till around 7pm. Every year I lose muscle mass during Ramadan (the lunar month in which Muslims fast) but this year I plan on taking supplements and lifting weights at night in order to avoid losing ...

I've been battling an akle injury for the good part of this year. The two ligaments along the outside of the foot were sprained and after a few weeks they would heal. Now once again the same ligaments are sore and im icing them down. Has anyone had good results with Glucosamine/MSM or Cissus? I see mixed reviews for both but more positives for Cissus. I work at CVS and went to buy a detour bar yesterday (they are on sale this week, 10/$10). It rang up for $.40, which is obviously a mistake. I went and bought the rest and ended up getting 26 bars for like $10 which is a pretty damn good deal. Just figured I'd point it out in case anyone finds themselves in a CVS. Not sure if the price error was just at my store or if all CVS have the problem.

Been reading for awhile and the FAQs and stickys as well as other threads have been helpful. I'm currently 5'11, 195. lost 30 pounds since March, by using only hydroxycut + 4-5 hours of basketball a day + workout on a gym from the 80's + watching what i eat and eating healthier.
