If Holyfield "earns" a shot, good for him I say.

Bah, but with all valuevs gift decisions in the past I guess Karma had to get him sooner or later. Haye doesn't make it out of round 5 against either Klitchko.

The problematic indicator here is that Johnson didn't look all too impressive against Daniel Judah, who really had little interest in Fighting back. He did the job, but 4 years ago he would have stopped a guy Fighting the way Daniel was. That was the first Fight I saw where I thought "he might be losing it"...in a long time.

I hope Haye wins just because I think Valuev is bad for the sport.. Nobody should have to fight somebody that outweighs them by nearly 100 lbs in any organized fight.. there should be a freak division imo.
That said, I'm not sold on Haye. I think he will get worn out in the clinch and fold like many of Valuev's opponents have. It is very draining to have a big heavy fookah laying his weight ...

Valuev vs Haye
Does Valuev has any path to victory? I just don't see it. Why isn't Haye a bigger favorite?

I'm interested to see how Haye will approach this fight. Will he try to blow Valuev up in the early rounds or outpoint him?

This is just ridiculous. I used to think that Holyfield was a smart guy that secured his money and would know when it was time to quit. I guess I was wrong on both counts.

Try hitting your opponent without getting hit as much. I see boxers do that sometimes.

At least people are talking about unifying and clearing up things at 140. I think 147 would be better though. But to much money at 147 to get the best guys.

Arthur Abraham?
What are your thoughts on him? I've been recently trying to get back into boxing, and I ended up hearing his name. Watched some of his fights including his recent ko of Jermaine Taylor.
