So my DH and DD took a 6 day trip up to San Francisco this week. We came home late last night and I am getting caught up. With school and this trip, I haven't been on CB much lately. I am still waiting for AF since the m/c but I am doing good. I have gained way too much weight but decided that after Thanksgiving, I will buckle down once again and get back on track. I have an appt with a nutritionist on Tuesday so she can help me. I just...

Kelli, It sounds like you had a great time in SF. I've never been there but would love to go there someday. The furthest west I've been in Vegas, well southwest, I live in upstate NY. I'm glad all is well with you and I hope you get AF soon. I haven't been on SK lately, just the long holiday weekend. I did accomplish my goal for the long Thanksgiving weekend though, and that was to do Absolutely nothing. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

It can take up to two weeks, if I remember correctly. If you finish your pills and don't get AF within a few days, I check with your doctor.

Every RE is different. My OB never monitored me on the 8 cycles of clomid I was on. When I decided to try one round of clomid and iui with my RE, he monitored me throughout. That is how I ended up finding out that I would never ovulate on Clomid. Would be a wise choice for her to go ahead and get monitored with b/w and u/s during her clomid cycle. They will know what is going ...

I know it's hard not feel that way, but I believe everything happens for a reason. You're young, you have two children of your own already...and there are so many people out there that have been trying a lot longer.
I understand the frustration you have with your DH, mine is the same way...even though I've done all the testing I can, and taken clomid.

Hi! I don't know that I can give you an answer. Sometimes, hormone levels shift, and things can change. Have you been on any medication that could have affected things? Being sick or medicated can change your cycle, too. Also, if you move or if you change your group of female friends, sometimes women's cycles shift a bit to coincide with those around them. Hi Barbara - I have a book on Infertility that has similar info about peas in it. It even says that they are trying to make a low dose birth control pill out of it.

Heavy periods can happen, especially if you had a good O and your lining was very thick. I wouldn't worry unless it starts happening all the time.
