i just asked for a refund.

Yeah, I totally understand. My sister likes Bon Apetit, strictly for the recipes, but I can get those on line and miss the j'unais ce quois (ok, I'm sure I spelled that wrong but you know what I mean) of Gourmet.

Here are my comments I DVR'd this and just finished watching it. I am exhausted and I didn't cook either. I agree the show was jumpy. Normally I would defend Chef Ramsey but this was not a good showing. If this is an ongoing series then less attention to telling me what to do and more on how and why I am doing it. I want my "F Word" Chef back where he actually teaches you how to cook.

Why must you tease me? I saw the thread title and got all excited because I thought I was going to help you name a book you are writing. PS. If you write a book, you should call it "You Sir, Are a Madman."

Wow, that does seem really creepy, sandiasingh. I wish that this issue would come to the forefront a little bit more. I'm guessing you saw the beginnings of the Flavr Savr tomato, which the public didn't like. Why can't farmers fight Monsanto by not buying their product?

I tried to watch, but 5 minutes was more than I could handle. He just seemed a bit awkward and out of his element...maybe because he could not swear?

I had this show on to accompany doing laundry and paying bills, but whenever I looked up, I thought it looked really uncomfortable. I actually like Ramsay, even in his over-the-top Fox persona, but on this show he seemed to be trying way too hard to seem like a nice guy. Alison Hanigan (sp? she's was the girl who had fun at band camp in American Pie , right?) and, to a lesser extent, Leeann Rimes both seemed uncomfortable around him—or...
